Tourette’s is a serious and distressing syndrome. However, to the untrained eye, it can be difficult to distinguish it from other maladies.
For example, what looks to the unskilled eye just like Tourette’s, may to the trained eye in fact be a case of an attention-seeking idiot with no good ideas of his own desperately trying to cling on to a deluded belief in his own adequacy.

Gosh MTG – so many, many people who enjoy giving Gordon a verbal kicking. Obviously that proves that the whole blogosphere suffers from a collective false consciousness. If only they were truly able to appreciate his greatness…
