Just had a woman on the phone getting very confused about balance transfer.
she wanted to transfer a large amount but doesnt have enough money on acct,
so i explained she would only be able to trans ‘x’ amount and that the
first minimum payment would be ‘x’ amount also. then she asked if she would
have to pay the balance on our credit card and her other credit card. I
said aslong as you have a balance owing on any credit card you must make
the minimum payment and she still didnt understand that she has to pay if
she owes it :S !!!
