Quick thought

The government is introducing incentives for people in subsidised accommodation to move to smaller homes if they no longer need the space they currently rent. The opposition is calling it a bedroom tax and an attack on the most needy.

The opposition has proposed introducing incentives for people in private accommodation to move to smaller homes if they no longer need the space they currently own. The government is calling it a wealth tax and an attack on the elderly.

I can’t help but spot a hypocrisy from both sides of the House.
